We Are Hiring A New Course Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of course coordinator to run our internationally renowned field courses. You will be passionate about conservation, highly organised and have a flair for teaching.  Based in our Cambridge office, and working closely with our Nairobi office, you will join a small dynamic team who are changing people’s lives.


Field courses and specialist short courses

You will manage and contribute to teaching on our month-long field courses held in Africa and SE Asia.  This includes organising the logistics and working with world-class teachers to deliver the learning outcomes of the courses.

You will also help deliver short specialist courses that develop professional skills of conservation scientists.


Online learning

The Tropical Biology Association recently developed a virtual learning platform to support our new online courses.  You will be involved in running these courses and providing technical support for our online participants.


Helping us achieve impact

You will be part of a small dynamic team and fundraising is an important part of ensuring we achieve our impacts.   You will assist with developing funding proposals and forging new collaborations.


Are you interested?  

You are passionate about conservation and using training to create lasting conservation impact on the ground. You have experience of field-work and a flair for teaching. You will flourish in a small, but dynamic conservation NGO, and help us deliver world-class, innovative training.
