“Africa urgently needs more conservation leaders and TBA remains a beacon of hope to realise this objective.”
Stephen Awoyemi, Nigeria
More than ever, the communities, fauna and flora of tropical regions need people with skills, knowledge and influence to manage biodiversity sustainably.
TBA capacity building produces long-term results and is clear evidence that investing in people brings real conservation returns.
Every year, more than 500 people apply for places on our field courses; but we are only able to accept around 70 of these.
